He has played an instrumental role in the acquisition of multiple companies, including construction companies, independent power producers, water providers, and mining companies. Additionally, Reyhan has contributed to several major construction projects, including the development of gas-diesel engine power plants, minihydro power plants, and manufacturing facilities.
Relevant Experience
- Assisted PT Mutuagung Lestari Tbk., in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2023. This transaction marked PT Mutuagung Lestari Tbk. as the first testing, inspection, and certification company to be listed on the capital market.
- Assisted PT Mahaka Media Tbk., a public company engaged in media and entertainment including publishing, broadcasting, and marketing – with its rights issue in 2021.
- Assisted PT Mitra Investindo Tbk., a public company engaged in investment companies, especially in shipping and shipping companies – with its rights issue in 2022.
- Assisted a company in preparing construction contract for the construction of furniture factory in Jawa Tengah.
- Currently assisting client in preparing EPC Contracts for the development of Gas Diesel Engine Power Plant.
- Advised PT Tri Daya Energi Bengkayang in the drafting of tender document and selection process of EPC Contractors, as well as the drafting and negotiation of EPC Contracts for the development of the Setanggi 2 x 2,5 MW Minhydro Power Plant located in West Kalimantan, Indonesia.

- Assisted PT Tamaris Prima Energi on the estabslihment of joint venture companies engaging in the production of alternative raw materials and alternative fuels for cement companies, using industrial and/or municipal (household) waste.
- Assisted Wego International Capital Holding Corporation Limited, on the establishment of joint venture company engaging in the manufacturing of surgical suture (Wego Sutures).
- Assisted Cavendish Asia Limited in a financing transaction for the development of a resort in Klungkung (Nusa Penida – Bali). The transaction involved various forms of collateral, including a land mortgage over the borrower's property.
- Assisted a state-owned company in the development of water provider company (Perusahaan Penyedia Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum – SPAM) in Cilacap.
- Advising Total Energies on the development of Solar PV Project in Indonesia.
- Assisted PT Mifa Bersaudara, a mining company with a mining concession area in Aceh, in entering into a mining cooperation agreement with PT Antareja Mahada Makmur for an overburden removal target of 45,000,000 BCM.
- Assisted a company with its internal restructuring process for the purpose of participating in a tender process for a hydroelectric power plant project (Sumatera system).
- Assisted a company registered on the Selected Provider List (Daftar Penyedia Terseleksi) in the procurement process for a hydroelectric power plant project within the Sumatera system.
- Assisted two mining companies in Kutai Kartanegara in the mining contractor procurement process of Mining Contractor. This process involve on the preparation of bid documents and mining cooperation agreeements.
- Assisted the acquisition of a coal mining company in Jambi.
- Assisted a Sarawak Cable Berhad on the disposal of its majority shares in 2 x 4 MW mini-hydro power plant company in Indonesia to KAB Energy Holdings Sdn Bhd (KABEH).
- Assisted the shareholders of an IPP company on the disposal of their shares with total consideration of more than USD 200 million.
- Asisted Militzer and Muench, a Switzerland based freign forwarding company on the acquisition of shares in PT Senator International Indonesia.
- Assisting mining contractor company on the dispute with the mine owner in Jambi.
- Assisted mining trader company on the dispute in Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- Assisted PT Maersk Logistics Indonesia and its affiliate in the preparation of company regulation.
- Assisted a well-known media company in an employment dispute with an employee regarding the termination of an employment agreement before the Central Jakarta Industrial Court.
- Assisted a China-based company in preparing a legal environment report for an alumina oxide construction project.
- Assisted a China-based company in the due diligence process of an Indonesian company engaged in the refining of Used Cooking Oil (UCO).
