Aside from that, Disty also handles the matters of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, investment structuring, and joint ventures. She has represented and advised, both foreign and domestic clients, in various transactions, including energy projects, corporate restructuring, and merger and acquisition, and has frequently worked with clients who are state-owned enterprises. She was involved in representing PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero), a state-owned enterprise, related to its major electricity transactions. She also assisted various potential investors in the procurement projects of various renewable power plant projects in Indonesia and other energy sector, including hydrogen and geothermal. Disty is also the key associate in handling the legal matters representing PT Pertamina Power Indonesia.
